What Is Asset Finance?
Confused about what asset finance is, and how it can help your business? Click below for more information.
Praetura Asset Finance has a wide variety of assets available including vehicles used for transportation, construction and engineering as well as equipment used for printing and waste management.
Hire Purchase enables the acquisition of costly equipment through an instalment plan. The amount and date of monthly repayments are set. In addition, they aren’t subject to VAT and other charges can often be offset against profits for taxation.
Finance leasing allows a company full use of an asset for an agreed time period. The amount and date of monthly repayments are set, which is important for business budgeting and cash flow purposes. Monthly lease repayments are deductible from income as a trading expense.
Refinancing can be utilised as funding for new equipment, expansion or even a management buy-out or buy-in. While Praetura will buy the equipment from the company, it can continue to be used. Also, ownership of the equipment can be transferred back afterwards.
